001 REFLECTOR
The Category 2 Louvre module must provide 500 lux of evenly distributed, low-glare illumination designed for prolonged screen-based work - an apparatus distilled from systems operating on the basis of maximal efficiency and output. Analysis of existing regulated lighting environments, whereby each (Category 1-4) is determined by a differing level of spatial and illuminative control. Category 5 exists outside of this framework. The Category has no illuminative constraints and its only spatial/technological guide is pursuing interconnectedness. Programming aims to render hidden systems as tangible - opening threshold between technology and user.
